My favorite sport was volleyball. I also loved aerobics and weight training. I started getting serious about weight training in May 2005, but I've always had the desire to compete. Competing was in my blood. Health is very important to me. It is my lifestyle. This is just the beginning for me. I have had so many awesome opportunities and have been able to do a some traveling to compete in different fitness shows. I've met so many great people who all are into the health and fitness lifestyle.
My life was so different a couple of years ago prior to May 2005. When I started training, that was the best decision I made at that time. It really changed my direction and my life. This year has been such an amazing year so far for me with everything I have achieved and I thank God for giving me the strength to get through it and for making me who I am today.
